Tree Management Dashboard

The Tree Management Dashboard gives teams a full view of the city’s trees — where they are, how they’re doing, and what needs to be done.

It’s more than just a map. It’s a live database, inspection log, and task tracker all in one.

Map Overview

Every point on the map represents a tree in the city’s inventory.

Each tree has a record, including:

• Species
• Planting date (if known)
• Health status
• Inspection history
• Maintenance actions (e.g. pruned, removed, treated)
• Assigned contractor or team

Optional fields include height, diameter, age estimate, and photos.

Filter by What Matters

Use filters to zoom in on:

• Certain species (e.g. ash trees)
• Trees in poor condition
• Maintenance history
• Assigned teams
• Specific areas or neighborhoods

Custom Layers

Add layers for:

• Tree planting zones
• Risk areas (e.g. near power lines or buildings)
• Parks and greenways
• Contractor coverage zones

These give context to each tree and help plan future planting or maintenance.
