The Cemetery Management Dashboard helps teams manage burial sites, plot assignments, and maintenance—all in one place.
It’s a live map with detailed records for every plot, making it easy to stay organized and responsive.
Map Overview
Each plot is mapped and color-coded by status:
- Available
- Reserved
- Occupied
- Under maintenance
Clicking a plot opens its full record, including:
- Plot number and section
- Occupant name (if any)
- Burial date
- Reservation details
- Maintenance history
Optional details include headstone type, condition, and family notes.
Quick Status View
The map gives an instant overview of availability and activity.
Use it to:
- Check which plots are open
- View recent burials
- Identify areas needing care or updates
Markers and shapes are clear and easy to read, even at high zoom.
Search and Filter
Search by:
- Name
- Plot number
- Section
- Burial date
Or filter the map to focus on:
- Reserved but unused plots
- Recently maintained plots
- Specific sections of the cemetery
- Plots without headstones
This helps teams respond quickly to requests and manage space better.
Add and Update Records
Click a plot to add or update information.
You can enter burial details, upload documents or photos, and mark the plot as occupied.
Everything is stored in one place, no more paper logs or disconnected spreadsheets.
Assign Tasks
Maintenance tasks can be tracked per plot or area.
You can:
- Schedule headstone cleaning
- Mark plots for landscaping
- Note damage or repairs needed
Each task can be assigned to a staff member or contractor, with updates logged on the plot record.

Staff in the field can:
