3. Data and Privacy

You can export your data through built-in tools at any time while your account is active.

If we process personal data on your behalf, this is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We apply strict security controls and privacy measures as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
We own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the software, design, features, and documentation.

7. Fees and Payment (for paid plans)
- Fees are stated on our pricing page or in a signed order.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your account.
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.
- Late payments may incur interest (2% per month).
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
We may delete your data after termination, unless we are legally required to keep it.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide the Service with minimal disruptions. Planned maintenance may occur and will be communicated in advance when possible.
We are not responsible for internet outages or third-party service issues.
10. Support
Support is provided as outlined in your plan. Enterprise customers receive dedicated support and higher priority.
11. Confidentiality
We will treat all customer data and communications as confidential. We will not disclose this without consent, except where required by law.
12. Subcontractors
We may use subcontractors to provide parts of the Service. We remain responsible for their actions.
13. Limitation of Liability
We provide the Service "as is" and do not guarantee error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from any claims related to your use of the Service or your data.
15. Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with local laws and regulations. You may not use the Service from restricted or sanctioned countries.
