This week brought a major step forward for interface editing with unified desktop and mobile views, a new way to upload geotagged images directly onto the map, and a completely redesigned pricing page — alongside dozens of fixes and polish across the platform.
Features
Unified Interfaces
Desktop and mobile interfaces are now merged into a single unified view. Instead of managing two separate interfaces, you can build one responsive layout with per-section and per-widget visibility controls for each viewport. Existing projects with separate mobile layouts are automatically migrated to preserve both views.
Geotagged Image Upload
You can now drag and drop photos with embedded location data (including HEIC files) directly onto your project. Atlas extracts the GPS coordinates from the image metadata and creates a map point with the photo attached — perfect for field documentation and site surveys.
Column Search in Datatable
The datatable search bar now supports column navigation. Press Enter to jump to the first matching column, and press Enter again to cycle through additional matches. Matching columns are highlighted so you can quickly locate the data you need.
Basemap Selector in Georeferencer
Switching basemaps while georeferencing is now possible. The georeferencer includes a basemap chooser that uses the same styles and hooks available in your main map, making it easier to align your reference imagery.
