A packed week — headlined by a new ClickUp integration, workspace-level multi-factor authentication, a powerful semantic date filter system, and significant performance gains across the platform.
Features
ClickUp Integration
You can now import tasks from ClickUp directly into Atlas as datasets. Connect your ClickUp account, browse your workspace hierarchy (spaces, folders, lists), preview tasks, and bring them into Atlas with optional geocoding. Syncing keeps your dataset up to date as tasks change in ClickUp.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Workspace administrators can now enforce multi-factor authentication for all members. Users can enroll via TOTP (authenticator app with QR code) from their account settings, and admins can set MFA policies and configure session duration controls at the workspace level.
Semantic Date Filters
Date filtering has been completely redesigned with intuitive, day-granularity comparisons. Choose from six operators — is, is not, is before, is after, is on or before, is on or after — combined with relative values like today, yesterday, past week, or an exact date. Saved filters from the old system continue to work seamlessly.
Dataset Activity Log
An append-only activity log now records all dataset changes including row updates, row deletions, and dataset uploads. Activity is queryable per workspace and dataset, giving you a clear audit trail of who changed what and when.
OGC Service Authentication
Connecting to protected OGC endpoints (WMS, WFS, WCS, WMTS) is now supported with Basic Auth, API Key (header), or API Key (query parameter). Each layer is validated individually, and the full auth flow is available in the connection UI.
Project Collections
A new collections system lets you group projects and assign team-level access in one place. Adding a collection to a team automatically propagates the chosen access level to all projects within it. Projects can also be set as private within a collection for more granular control.
Lookup Column Filters and Auto-Regeneration
Lookup columns can now be filtered directly, and dynamic columns — including lookups with date-based filters and formula columns using now() — automatically regenerate to stay current.
Custom Navigation Panel Colors
Navigation panels now support custom background colors, giving you more control over the look and feel of your published maps and interfaces.
Form Publishing
Forms can now be published directly, resolving an issue where first-time publishes would fail.
Multiple Workspace Owners
Workspaces now support multiple owners. Owners and admins are protected from being removed by peers of the same role, while still being able to assign others to their own role.
