Week 44 focused on mobile experience improvements, expanded data import capabilities, and workflow enhancements. We made collections and workspace switching fully functional on mobile, added Excel support to geocoding, and improved formula handling in workflows.

Mobile Collections and Workspace Management
The projects and collections pages are now fully functional on mobile devices. You can browse collections, switch between workspaces, and manage projects from your phone or tablet. The interface adapts automatically with mobile-optimized selectors replacing desktop drag-and-drop functionality, making project organization accessible on any device.
Excel File Geocoding Support
Geocoding now supports Excel files (.xlsx and .xls) in addition to CSV files. Upload your spreadsheets with address data and Atlas will geocode them just like CSV files, making it easier to work with data from different sources without format conversion. The geocoding preview table now highlights geocoded columns with visual indicators, showing exactly which fields are being used for location data.
Enhanced Data Preview for CSV and Excel Upload
The data upload preview has been improved with better visual feedback. Geocoded columns are now highlighted in the preview table, making it clear which columns will be used for location data. Number formatting is now consistent, and the preview shows when geocoding is configured with clearer status indicators and adjustment options.
Duration Data Type Support
Atlas now fully supports duration data types across styling, filtering, and widgets. You can style features based on duration values, filter data by time periods, and add duration-based widgets to interfaces. This makes it easier to work with time-based datasets like travel times, project durations, or service intervals.
