Week 42 brought meaningful improvements to how you work with data in Atlas. We focused on making filtering more powerful, file uploads more intuitive, and workflows easier to use.
Features
Advanced Text Filtering with Contains/Not Contains
Data filtering just got more powerful. You can now use "contains" and "not contains" operators when filtering text columns in data tables. This makes it much easier to find specific patterns or exclude certain values from your analysis without having to match exact text. Perfect for searching through addresses, names, or any text-based data where partial matches are useful.
Drag-and-Drop File Upload Improvements
File uploads are now more intuitive. When you drag and drop files that need geocoding or georeferencing onto the map, Atlas automatically opens the upload modal with the appropriate configuration options. This makes it easier to properly configure your spatial data during import.
Simplified Workflow Empty States
The workflows interface is now cleaner and more approachable. We've removed the large welcome modal and redesigned the empty state to be more visual and less intrusive. When you don't have any workflows yet, you'll see a redesigned empty state that better matches the overall Atlas design language.
Enhanced Dataset Enrichment Capabilities
New workflow nodes for enriching and updating datasets give you more flexibility in your data processing pipelines. You can now perform sophisticated data enrichment operations directly within your workflows, making it easier to enhance your datasets with additional information or update existing data based on analysis results.
