The LINZ Data Service is the data platform of Land Information New Zealand, the country's authority for property, surveying, and mapping. It delivers the national topographic database, property and parcel boundaries, the address register, and hydrographic data.

LINZ is widely regarded for the quality of its open data delivery: most datasets are CC BY licensed and available through flexible downloads (clip-and-ship in many formats and projections) as well as WMS/WFS and APIs. It is the definitive starting point for New Zealand geospatial data.
