Smartsheet

Connect your Smartsheet account to import and sync sheet data

Connect your Smartsheet account to import sheet data into Atlas. Browse all sheets you have access to and sync data automatically when changes occur.

Connect to Smartsheet

  1. Click Add data in the Layers panel
  2. Go to the Connections tab
  3. Select Smartsheet
  4. Click Connect with Smartsheet
  5. Sign in to your Smartsheet account and authorize Atlas

After authorization, Atlas creates a connection to your Smartsheet account.

Working with Data

Once connected, browse all sheets in your account. Select sheets to import as datasets. Atlas preserves column types including dates, checkboxes, and picklists.

Sync Settings

Connected sheets sync automatically. Atlas detects changes using the sheet's last modified timestamp and updates your data when the source changes. Configure sync intervals in Layer Settings.

Troubleshooting

IssueSolution
Authorization FailedEnsure you're signing in with the correct Smartsheet account.
Sheet Not FoundCheck that the sheet still exists and you have access to it.
Sync FailedVerify your Smartsheet authorization is still valid. Re-authorize if needed.
No Sheets ListedConfirm your account has sheets. Check access permissions.
