Brand your forms with logos, submission messages, and basemap selection

Brand your forms and control the user experience with custom logos, submission messages, and basemap selections. These visual customizations help forms match your organization's identity while providing clear feedback to users.

Upload a logo to display at the top of your form. The logo appears above the form title and creates a professional, branded experience for users.

Click the logo upload area in the settings panel to select an image file. Supported formats include PNG and JPG. Square or horizontal logos work best for form headers.

Submission Message

Define the message users see after successfully submitting a form. This confirmation message provides important feedback and can include next steps or additional instructions.

The default message thanks users for their submission. Customize it to match your workflow, such as "Your inspection report has been recorded" or "We'll contact you within 24 hours."

Basemap Selection

Choose the basemap that appears in map-based forms with location fields. The basemap provides geographic context for users marking locations or drawing features.
