Map Quality Hold

YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED FOR COMPLETING YOUR DELIVERY

If you received a notification from us and are visiting this page, our quality team has identified your custom map as one that you may want to update before we release it to print.

Sending us an email in a timely fashion is the best thing you can do to expedite your order's delivery.


What do I need to do?

Email us at team@atlas.co with your Order Number (ACO#XXXX) or phone number and select one of the options below.


What are my options?

 

If you want to keep your order as is:

Send us an email letting us know the map is approved for printing.


If you want to change your custom design:

  1. Contact team@atlas.co to get a custom link to edit your existing map OR
  2. Open the atlas.co Map Editor in your web browser and start your map again from scratch
  • Design your updated map using the editor
    • IMPORTANT: Make sure you select the same paper size and orientation as your original order
  • Add the Map to your cart
  • Send the 20 character Map ID in your cart to team@atlas.co

    If you want to cancel your order:

    We can cancel your order and issue a full refund back onto your original payment methods. Funds will be available within 10 business days (although it is often much faster than this).

      We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase from atlas.co.  We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you, and we’ll be doing everything in our power to offer the best resolution to this unfortunate situation.  

      Please let us know your decision as soon as possible by sending us an email at team@atlas.co with your with your Order Number (ACO#XXXX) or phone number and preferred option so we can resolve this issue promptly.
