You can purchase your items online and have them delivered or pick them up at the Atlas Operations & Logistics Facility with a $50,000 minimum order.
Please read below to find everything you need to know about delivery, pickup, and managing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Atlas uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout [link] page you'll see your item description, price and estimated delivery date.
Free Next Day or Two-Day Shipping
Free next day or two-day shipping is available on most in-stock items. You can see in your bag if your item qualifies. Cut-offs apply. See checkout for estimated delivery dates. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.
Guaranteed shipping services
Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee:
Courier Delivery → Delivers on the same day, within two hours (available during business hours on select items, to certain zip codes)
Guaranteed Next Day Shipping → Delivers in one business day
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. A signature may be required for delivery.
The ‘Ships‘ time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays "Ships: 1 business day" the item will leave our warehouse 1 business day after you place your order. While Atlas strives to ship every order as quickly as possible, more popular items may have longer ship times.
Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.
The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Courier Delivery cost includes tip.
You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.
Onsite Pickup and Return
Atlas offers onsite pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store with a minimum order of $50,000. Please contact Atlas at [phone or email] to setup onsite pickup or return. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. Atlas will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, Atlas may cancel it.
If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. Atlas is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.
The order acknowledgment email provides a summary of the items in your order. If you chose to have an item delivered, the order acknowledgment will display the delivery address and a delivery date. You can click the date to view your order details. For pickup items in your order, the email will display the Atlas site location. If you have designated someone else to pick up the item for you, the email will also display your pickup contact.
If you chose to have an item delivered, we'll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package using Atlas's online Order Status or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website.
Once your items are available at the Atlas site, we'll send a pickup notification email.
We'll send a reminder email if your item is still waiting to be picked up.
Text Notifications for Pickup Reminders and Promotions
We send updates by text message, so you can stay updated on your delivery or pickup order. Just add your mobile number at checkout to receive these notifications. What to Expect
Once your order is shipped or available for pickup, we'll send you a text message. This will include your order number and a link to the tracking or pickup store information. We will also send you texts on the day of delivery or after your item has been delivered, depending on your selected delivery method, country and carrier. You may receive 1-4 text messages per item on your order.
Changing Text Message Preferences
You can edit your mobile phone number at any time by signing in to your account and editing the delivery or pickup notification preferences for your order.
Carrier Delivery Options
Atlas chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Atlas. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
If you are unavailable to provide a signature, Atlas offers three easy options for you to receive your package.
Option 1: Pre-sign with Atlas once your order has shipped
There are two ways you can pre-sign for your shipment:
1 - Click the "Pre-sign for this shipment" link in your shipment notification email
2 - Select an item from your Order Listing page to see your order details and use the "Pre-sign for delivery" link.
Complete and print the Shipment Release Authorization form. Leave the form on your door for the carrier, prior to 8:00 a.m. on the day of expected delivery.
You can specify a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, or building manager). If you provide an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package.
If you'd like to pre-sign for more than one shipment, simply print, sign, and leave a Shipment Release Authorization for each package.
To ensure safe and secure delivery of packages, all deliveries are subject to the driver's discretion, and a driver may require signature, even if signature is not required by Atlas. If you are unable to access the Shipment Release Authorization form, call Atlas Store Customer Service at +1 (253) 257-1902 and let us help!
Option 2: Sign the Delivery Notice to release your shipment to your address, an immediate neighbor, or a building manager
If you did not pre-sign for your package through Atlas, and you were unavailable to provide a signature, the carrier will leave a Delivery Notice on your door after the first delivery attempt.
You can sign the Delivery Notice, specify a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, building manager), and leave the notice on your door prior to the next delivery attempt.
If you provide an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package.
Option 3: Pick up a package at carrier's local facility
After the first delivery attempt, you can request to pick up your package at our carrier's local facility. Call the number on the carrier's Delivery Notice and inform the carrier you'd like to pick up your package in person.
To pick up your package from the carrier's local facility, you'll need:
1 - The Delivery Notice
2 - Government ID (driver's license, passport) that matches the package name and address
3 - Second ID with your name on it (credit card, social security card)
The carrier can release the package only to the person included on the shipping address.
In addition to these options, our carriers may offer additional delivery options, which may include an electronic signature or estimated delivery time windows, learn more at FedEx Delivery Manager and UPS MyChoice.
WARRANTY SERVICE OPTIONS AND SHIPPING - RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) REQUIRED
Atlas will provide warranty service through one or more of the following options:
- Obtain an Atlas Return Material Authorization (RMA) by completing and sending the RMA to Atlas using this link: https://Atlas.co/rma-request-form/.
- If Atlas determines your Atlas Product is under warranty, Atlas will send you an RMA number via email. Upon receiving your RMA, please follow the Shipping instructions on the RMA and comply with the Shipping instructions on this page.
- If Atlas determines your Atlas Product is not under warranty, Atlas will send you an RMA number via email. Upon receiving your RMA, please follow the Shipping instructions on the RMA and found at Shipping and Returns [link]. Upon determining the cost of repairs, we will send you an invoice for the repairs and shipping, which must be paid for prior to Atlas making the repairs and returning the repaired Atlas Product to you.
- Please check that the following items are complete before returning your Atlas Product: 1. RMA Number - Please do not mail your Atlas Product until you have an RMA number and the RMA label with number displayed on the outside of the package and a copy of the RMA label with number inside the package. Without an RMA number, Atlas will refuse and return the package to you; 2. Packaging - Please package your Atlas Product in its original packaging or similar safe and secure packaging; 3. Insurance - Purchase adequate insurance to cover the value of the Atlas Product.
Atlas reserves the right to change the method Atlas provides warranty service to you, and your Atlas Product’s eligibility to receive a method of service. Service are limited to the options available in the country where service is requested. Service options, parts availability and response times will vary according to country. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the Atlas Product cannot be serviced in the country where the Atlas Product is located. If you seek service in a country that is a different country of purchase, you will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges, etc. For international service, Atlas may repair or replace Atlas Products and parts with comparable Atlas Products and parts that comply with local standards within that country or location.
Shopping in the U.S.
Items purchased online from Atlas ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased online from Atlas.
Sales to U.S. territories
We are happy to ship your order to a friend or family member residing within the 50 United States if your billing address is within one of the following United States territories:
