Sales and Refund Policy

Our intention is to provide our customers with the best experience while shopping at Atlas Core LLC (Atlas). We appreciate the fact our customers seek the best mining products in the world.  The Atlas Online Store and the Atlas Customer Service Center make up the Atlas Store.  The Atlas Store sells hardware products (Products).

These Terms apply to any transaction made through the Atlas Store.  Specifically, with any transaction you make at the Atlas Store, you agree to these Terms of Sales and Refunds set forth below along with Atlas’s Privacy Policy  and Terms of Use



Standard Return Policy

Atlas would like to support you in your returns and refunds in the event our products do not meet your needs and you meet our returns and refund conditions. Please review the following terms related to returning a product before making any transaction with the Atlas Store.

We will exchange a Product or offer a refund based upon the original payment method conditioned upon verifying the following upon receipt at the Atlas facility:

- You have 14 calendar days to return a Product from the date you received it.
- Only Products that have been purchased directly from Atlas can be returned.
- The Product must be undamaged, unmarked and in resell-able condition.
- The Product must be in it’s original packaging with included accessories and with the original receipt.



Restocking Fees
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an Atlas error, Atlas may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

Promotional Items
If you return a purchased item that qualified you for a discount, promotional item or promotional card and either (i) do not also return the discounted or promotional item or (ii) have already redeemed the promotional card, Atlas may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item or redeemed card from any refund you receive for the return of the purchased item.



How to Return or Exchange an Item

Ship your item back to Atlas

Sign in to your Order Listing page with your Atlas ID and password.

After you sign in, you will see the items from your recent orders. Select an item to go to the order details page. From there, use the Start a Return or Exchange link below your item and then click the Get Started button. On the next page, confirm the items from your order that you’d like to return or exchange and select the Initiate Your Return button or Initiate Your Exchange button.

Next, read the instructions and select the Print Shipping Label button to print your shipping and any required hazmat labels. If you’re shipping multiple boxes, use the Print Shipping Label button again to print new labels for each box. Place one label in the box and attach one label to the box.  We recommend using the original packaging.


You can either schedule a pickup with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations.

1.  You must obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number,  which is available upon completing and submitting an Atlas RMA Request Form available at https://Atlas.co/rma-request-form/.
2.  Do not send Products to Atlas if they do not have an RMA number plainly displayed on the outside of the package as provided per the Atlas RMA Request Form. Without an RMA number, packages will be refused by the receiving department and returned to you.
3.  Upon receiving your RMA number, please follow the RMA Instructions completely (see 2.0 Shipping Instructions). The instruction page contains a shipping label, which you should print and write in the RMA number on the applicable section.

It is the intent of Atlas to provide the smoothest and quickest replacement of defective or failed parts. It is Atlas’s policy to receive the defective part before shipping a new part or repairing the one received from you. In emergency situations, we can ship the same day the failed part with an overnight shipment. Emergency shipment requires a credit card or company Purchase Order (PO) prior to shipment. 

All advanced part shipments, and parts returned, will be shipped to the address entered on the RMA Form. Be sure that this is the address entered on the form. 

An RMA Number will be forwarded via E-mail to the E-mail address on the RMA Request Form. It is Atlas’s intent to forward RMA numbers to the customer on the same day the form is received but may take up to two business days for processing. 

If your product is no longer covered by a warranty you will need to supply a credit number or Purchase Order (PO) number to cover repairs. We must have the PO number or credit card number BEFORE we ship a repaired item back to you.



How to Return a Product 
Before returning a product, you MUST first contact Atlas customer service and obtain a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number before the end of the applicable return period. Atlas will not accept returns without a CRA number. To find the appropriate phone number or to send an email to customer service to request a CRA number, go to atlas.com/contact or see the "Contacting Atlas" or "Getting Help" section of your customer documentation. NOTE: You must ship the product to Atlas within 5 days of the date that Atlas issues the Credit Return Authorization number and MUST follow these steps:

Upon receipt of your return, Atlas will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy.

Note: Before you return the product to Atlas, make sure to back up any data on the hard drive(s) and on any other storage device in the product. Remove any and all confidential, proprietary and personal information as well as removable media such as flash drives, CDs and PC Cards. Atlas is not responsible for any confidential, proprietary or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media that may be included with your return.

Returns Policy (RMA) – Atlas


 

1.1 RMA Repair Warranty 
All items repaired by Atlas are under warranty for a period of 90 days. This period applies whether the product was under warranty or not. 

1.2 Shipping Policy 
In all cases, Customers must obtain an RMA number by submitting an RMA Form to Atlas.
Shipping products or parts to Atlas freight prepaid must include an RMA number clearly indicated on the shipping label and on the waybill. Shipments which arrive without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the Customer.
Proper packaging must be used on all return shipments. The customer is liable for any damage in transit. 

2.0 Shipping Instructions 2.1 Packaging 
Make sure the product is securely and safely packaged or in its original packaging. 

2.2 Insurance 
Make sure you have adequate insurance on the product to cover its value before shipping. 

2.3 Labeling the box 
Make sure that the RMA number is plainly visible on the outside of the package you are sending. Receiving will refuse any packages without RMA number visible on the outside of the package.

2.4 International 
Customers outside China are responsible for any charges (i.e. freight, duties, brokers fee, etc.) to Atlas. All and any charges shall be prepaid.
In warranty – Atlas returns the product or parts to the customer according to the Customer’s shipping instructions. Atlas will only cover shipping charges (duties excluded) from a Atlas Repair Center back to the customer. The duties will be billed to the customer. 

Out of warranty – Atlas returns the product or parts to the customer according to the Customer’s shipping instructions. All products are shipped back to the customer freight collect. 

All international returns must be marked: “Manufactured goods for repair.”

The timing of Return or Exchange

Upon receipt by Atlas and confirmation that the above terms and conditions have been met, Atlas will issue a refund per your original form of payment or exchange within ten (10) business days.
Return Types:
1 - Within a certain number of days no questions asked
2 - Service - Warranty and No Warranty


Additional Atlas Product Terms
The purchase and use of Atlas products are subject to additional terms and conditions found at Software License Agreement and Hardware Warranties [links to both pages].

Making unauthorized modifications to the software on Atlas Products violates the software license agreement.  Should you be unable to use your Atlas Products due to an unauthorized software modification, its repair will not be covered under the warranty.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Atlas reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Atlas Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.  Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Atlas may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Atlas may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Center order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Atlas’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Atlas Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Atlas cancels an order after you have already been billed, Atlas will refund the billed amount.

Shipping & Delivery
Please review the Shipping and Pickup [insert link to Shipping and Pickup page] page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the Atlas Store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Atlas’s control once it leaves our facilities, Atlas cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Onsite Pickup and Return
Atlas offers onsite pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store with a minimum order of $50,000.  Please contact Atlas at [phone or email] to setup onsite pickup or return. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. Atlas will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, Atlas may cancel it.

Pickup Contact
If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. Atlas is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.

Consumers Only
The Atlas Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.



U.S. and International Shipping
Products purchased online from Atlas will only be shipped to addresses within the U.S. and internationally and are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations. Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Atlas may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Atlas reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Atlas confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Atlas will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
