Here's what you need to know

We created atlas.co to help you display memories of your favorite locations and trips as beautiful wall art. Maps are made in three fun and easy steps. Let us explain!



ADD YOUR TRIP

Choose a location or a trip. What trip has a special place in your heart? If you could be anywhere else on earth other than where you are right now, where would you choose to be?

Pick from a selection of beautiful styles and colors that we're sure will fit any home or space. Add some text to make it truly yours!



SUBMIT YOUR ORDER

Choose how you want to display your map. Would you like to hang it in a frame or in a set of hangers? How big do you want your map to be?


We start processing your map as soon as you begin checkout. By the time you finish, you will have a high-res digital preview of your map to view and download. As a part of checkout, you will see an estimate of your delivery date. Delivery times vary by material and your location, but typically within two business days your map will be printed and shipped!

    Hangers

    Black, White and Natural wood color options. Includes four wooden magnetic bars (two that clamp the top and two that clamp the bottom). Strong magnetic design holds your Map securely in place. Premium leather cord matches the hanger color. Wooden Hangers are made from natural pine/ash/oak wood.

    Map and Hanger are shipped together. Secure your map in the magnetic bars and it’s ready to hang.

    Metal Frames

    Black, Silver, and Gold options. Printed on 200 gsm / 80 lb matte (uncoated) paper with a lightweight 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8") thick frame. Plexiglass is shatterproof and transparent. Frame includes a hanging kit and can be hung either portrait of landscape.

    Frame and Map are delivered together. Simply drop your map into the frame and it's ready to hang.

    Acrylic

    Acrylic prints shine beautifully, displaying the full depth and sharp detail of your photos. We handcraft each print with care using the highest quality materials. Printing behind thick 4mm acrylic glass sheets protects your photos from dust, scratches, and UV light damage. These products come with a hanging kit with screws, magnets, and dry wall anchors and are available in all orientations.

    Aluminum

    Aluminum prints provide a stunning finish by adding texture and depth to your favorite photos. The rich colors and sharp detail will stand out on your walls. We handcraft each print with care using the highest quality materials. Printing on premium 3mm aluminum di-bond material ensures high durability and scratch resistance for years, a modern look, and a matte and glare-free surface. These products come with a hanging kit with screws, magnets, and dry wall anchors and are available in all orientations.

How long will it take to receive my map?

As a part of checkout, you will see an estimate of your delivery date. Delivery times vary by material and your location, but typically within two business days your map will be printed and shipped! Once shipped, the estimated time of arrival varies by shipping option. High-res digital downloads are included as a part of all physical and digital map orders, and can be accessed from the order status page as soon as your order has been processed.

When do I need to place my order to receive it by Christmas?
The dates vary by region. The list below reflects the commitments from our 100+ printing partners worldwide.

Note: E-commerce sales records are being broken around the world. We anticipate that shipping times will become delayed the closer that we get to Christmas - The sooner you place your order, the better! We will continue to update this FAQ as we receive any new information from our partners.

If you are unsatisfied with the date, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will cancel your order and provide a refund.

What is your quality guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with your product's quality, you have 10 days after receipt of your order to contact us. Please email us at support@atlas.co and provide a photo and description of the quality issue. If it is defective, we will immediately send you a replacement. For more information, please review our Refund / Replacement Policy.

Do you offer gift cards if I'm not ready to commit to a design?

Yes! Every time you make a change in our editor, we save your changes to your browser. So if you aren't ready to commit to your design, feel free to leave the editor and order a gift card here, and you can come back later to complete your order!
